The Communities That Care Prevention Needs Assessment (CTC Youth Survey) is designed to measure adolescent substance use, antisocial behavior, and the risk and protective factors that predict these adolescent problem behaviors.
CTC has administered this survey to 8th, 10th, and 12th grade students in nine Jefferson County school districts in 2001, 2004, and 2006. The data collected from the surveys informs our community, schools, and local government about risks facing the youth of Jefferson County and offers insights into how we can work together to make a better community for our youth and ourselves.
